Legal Manager (Litigation)

Responsibilities :

Specialised in managing litigation cases (up to supreme court)
Coordinating and liaising with external lawyer to handle dispute or lawsuit
Analyze any legal issues and provide legal recomendations to the Board of Directors
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable University
Min. 8 years of experience in Law/Legal matters
Work experience from Law firms is an added advantage
Ability to manage cases under high pressure and tight deadlines is a must
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Financial Analysis Senior Manager

Responsibilities :

Ensures consistency of financial budget development, monitors budget realization and controls expenditures
Ensures compliance of accounting and reporting with relevant internal policies & procedures and external regulations
Consolidates management reports and analysis (management and statutory reports)
Provides high level analysis of financial and operating results to support strategic decision making

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting
Min. 6 years of experience in similar role, preferably has exposure in agribusiness or manufacturing sectors
Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills

ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Specifications:

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting is a must
Maximum 25 years of age
Demonstrate leadership potential, positive attitude and high level of commitment towards assigned task
Possess good analytical & communication skills
Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel extensively
